Trucking marketplace connecting open deck carriers and shippers
Exo Freight provides next-generation technology that is transforming trucking logistics. Every day in the US, there are still hundreds of thousands of truck loads that are booked and coordinated by phone, fax or email. Exo Freight automates the process and adds logistics, banking, and management technology to help shippers like Walmart manage and source trucking capacity, and to help trucking companies manage their fleet and get paid quickly. Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.
We have clear product market fit with over $2m per month revenue growing over 20% MoM. We just closed a large Series A round and are dramatically scaling up the company and engineering organization as quickly as possible.
You will be a senior leader on a small and quickly growing team. You will be working on and responsible for all things infrastructure including launch processes, continuous integration, production monitoring, developer efficiency tools and more. We recognize the importance of infrastructure as a leadership role on a well-run engineering team and there is no separation between this and the rest of the engineering team- rather you will be a leader on the team, teaching other engineers best practices and guiding junior engineers on our build setups. Expect a lot of interaction with other engineers and a lot of room for career growth as the company continues to scale and we grow our infrastructure team.
What we’re looking for:
You don't necessarily need to have explicit experience as a "dev ops engineer" - if you are the kind of person who gravitates towards improving engineering efficiency and launch pipelines, you love improving testing infrastructure, etc, this role is right for you.
Experience with:
We are location-agnostic; you are welcome to work:
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The first managed transportation marketplace built for open deck shippers and carriers.
