Echelon Solar is a solar panel contracting company. The business sells solar panels on the behalf of major solar panel providers in California. With proprietary lead generation practices and over 10 years of industry experience we have developed end to end sales tactics to close solar contracts with verified leads at a ~70% rate.

Role Summary:

Our solar advisors play a vital role in helping consumers choose which solar product best suits their needs. The advisor will have daily appointments dispatched to them from the company and will drive to the home of the customer and educate them on how solar works and if they meet the qualification criteria to go solar. Our company expects professionalism from A-Z through the entire process. Once a customer qualifies for solar, the advisor will walk them through the paperwork and the project moves onto site assessment and permitting.

Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience Ambitious and committed Located in the Bay Area Reliable vehicle to travel to home of the customer Availability 6 days a week

Payment Structure: This role is 100% commission based. You will be working as 1099 independent contractor. Average commission per deal ranges from $1,000-$2,000 (based on the size of the deal), these averages are doubled for self generated leads Average solar advisor in the company earns $10,000-$20,000 in commissions monthly (take home pay). Strong performing solar advisors are on pace to make $300k+ a year.
