Head of Technology at Female Invest
About the role
Will you help us build the next leading investing universe combining learning, community and investing? We are currently is looking for a Head of Tech to join our passionate team on our mission to close the financial gender gap.
We are a member centric company dedicated to make investing more inclusive and close the financial gender gap. This has positioned us as one of the most successful social learning platforms for personal finance and investing targeting women.
To further fuel that journey we have made the decision to move away from a standardized tech solutions to a more advanced platform in order to fulfill our ambitious goal of serving more than 100.000 active members by 2024.
In May 2021 we launched Female Invest 2.0 and now we are ready to make another step forward. This includes our ambition of creating an app-based learning, comunity and investing platform. We need the right person to lead us on this journey and help us.
- Secure an always updated and adjusted team structure and combination of team talents to secure agility and speed in tech development (adapted to the ambitious company goals).
- Assessing our data architecture to formulate a data and analytics roadmap with prioritized objectives for our future digital transformation.
- Evaluating our current processes and architecture to identify and develop best-practice solutions that improve our users’ experience while contributing to a robust and future proof IT architecture
- Building a road-map and structure for the new digital product development.
You will be a part of the management team and report directly to our founders Emma, Anna and Camilla. You will work closely with our Product Owner, in-house developers and join a wider team of passionate young professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to change the world by financially empowering women. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐯𝐲: We are looking for a candidate who has a strong desire, interest and flair for developing, evaluating and optimizing technical solutions. We imagine that you have an in-depth understanding of Next.js, Material UI and that you have experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. Having experience with mobile app development, financial services and e-commerce would be an advantage.
𝐄𝐝𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲: Female Invest is founded on a vision of changing the future of investing through education. That same sense of ambition applies to our vision for our start-up. We are hoping to find someone who matches our visions and who can devise a sustainable and ambitious roadmap for our EdTech solution and equip us to expand our global platform even further with bullet proof, customized technical solutions within FinTech.
