Fivetran is seeking a very experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Head of Revenue Systems to lead all elements of implementations, and management initiatives. These systems cover the range of business processes across all aspects of revenue and the role will serve as a liaison between the Company’s Finance, IT, Product, and Engineering teams as well as our external system partners. Your primary mission will be to drive the company's business systems roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our company initiatives and objectives and continue to grow and scale the team to support a globally distributed revenue team. You will serve as the key stakeholder in all areas related to revenue systems and partner closely with senior leadership throughout Fivetran. This position is open to being fully remote in the US or could be located from our local offices in Denver, CO or Oakland, CA

As the Head Revenue Systems at Fivetran, you will: 

  • Implement improvement initiatives to effectively align business processes across the organization to increase efficiency, improve performance, and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Revenue Operations, Finance, Analytics, Product, Engineering, IT, and HR to scale and drive efficiencies in our system interfaces
  • Have a deep level of experience with SaaS application API integrations, and DevOps
  • Drive the design, development, and articulation of solutions based on strategic business and technical requirements.
  • Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to other leaders in your areas of expertise
  • Design and oversee the management of the strategy to develop and maintain the core systems we use every day such as Salesforce.com, Clari, Salesloft, LeadIQ, and Zoominfo

What you bring to the table: 

  • At least 4 years of experience overseeing the technical architecture and optimization for a complex Salesforce implementation. Including, usage-based products, building and maintaining product and price rules, building and maintaining product hierarchies
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience leading a revenue/ business systems team through hyper-growth/ high-scale
  • At least 2-4 years of SaaS experience
  • Experience leading a company through M&A and familiarity with navigating FP&A integrations
  • Knowledge of programming languages - APEX, Visualforce, Familiarity with ANT, and VS Code for working with the IDE
  • Strong planning and enablement skills
  • Ability to define the revenue system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired end-states
  • At least 4 years of experience managing people managers in a business systems environment
  • Experience in implementing in-house developed and 3rd party SaaS solutions based on best return for the organization
  • A proven track record in business process optimization
  • Familiarity with the implementation and scaling of a master data management process
