We are the leading provider of personalized transactional communications for retailers, enabling brands like Under Armour, DXL, Michael Kors, GNC, and 5.11 Tactical, to transform standard transactional touchpoints (receipts, order and ship notifications, packing slips, curbside delivery, order tracking, etc.) into dynamic engagement channels that drive customer loyalty and revenue.
Rather than sending customers standard transaction information, flexEngage enhances every post-purchase touchpoint with deep personalization enabling a seamless brand experience, improved engagement with shoppers and incremental sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES Build relationships with customers to ensure maximum adoption, spot revenue opportunities for the Client Success Management team, and ensure customer satisfaction leading to contract renewal. Work with customers during the onboarding process to collect marketing and design requirements for the Digital Production team and provide best practice training on our product to ensure successful setup and launch. Create and deliver weekly reports to customers using internal and 3rd party tools, providing actionable insights. Facilitate the resolution of customer needs and concerns through cross-functional teams and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately Support Director of Client Success Management for customer presentations and data retrieval Attend meetings with the clients and the Client Success Management team when necessary Identify and own opportunities to improve process, documentation, and delivery of customer-facing and internal team training guides and materials
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Experience with working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers Experience with working with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong relationship building skills Detail-oriented, organized, problem solver, and great team player Ability to deliver results results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks Basic technical aptitude to quickly learn the product and provide training Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including: data import, pivot tables, and formulas Intermediate skills in Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides, including: content arrangement, working with templates, making presentations interactive Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience with working for startup or SaaS companies preferred Experience with Asana and JIRA a plus but not necessary Experience with working with executive-level customers (Director, VP, CXO) a plus but not necessary Bilingual skills a plus but not necessary

COMPENSATION flexEngage offers a competitive compensation plan in line with the candidate’s experience and ability to drive results at target retailers. Compensation consists of an annual base salary, accelerators, stock options, 401k, and health benefits, unlimited PTO, flexible/remote schedules.

As a developer on our dynamic and driven team, you will be responsible for the delivery of new products and enhancing our existing applications. The position will work very closely with the company’s co-Founders.
