Customer Success Manager

America is in a housing crisis that starts with one simple problem: It’s almost impossible to predict how much buildings will cost.

Fresco is solving this problem. We’ve built the category leader in estimating software, scaled past $1M in ARR in just 5 months, and work with some of the largest players in the industry.

Customer success is a critical function here. You’ll help customers access the value they’ve paid for, and create the bedrock of our growth.

This is a significantly different job than most CSM opportunities.

• You’ll work directly with senior leadership: Our CEO personally leads our customer success team. At Fresco, you’ll have a rare opportunity to help shape our CS playbook and grow your skills with tight feedback loops.
• Our customers are motivated, and our product is the best in class: Customers are looking actively for our product, curious about our solution, and invested in making things work. We have the most market penetration, and our product is the best in the industry.
• You’ll have dedicated engineering support: We automate most of the manual work that CSMs usually do, giving you more time to connect directly with customers.
• You’ll have real upside: Your comp includes a variable component linked to retention. You’ll be paid commensurate with your impact.

• Exceptional with people: You give customers the "warm and fuzzies." You make them feel heard, build trust quickly, and know how to manage difficult conversations without losing the relationship
• Product-minded: You’re able to distinguish between user error and product weaknesses, and surface the latter to engineering for a fix
• A clear, direct communicator: Equally comfortable with an estimator on the shop floor as with a VP of Operations
• Organized: You’re able to keep track of customer issues and tickets related to fixes

This is a full-time, in-person role based out of SF. Hours are 8AM-5PM, M-F.
