Product Designer

What we are looking for

• Passion and fit: Design is your calling. You like what Frontpage is building.

• Intelligence: You think you’re intelligent. IQ doesn't matter. But you can think from first principles, are curious and learn things fast.

• Rich experience: You have atleast 2 years of experience in design. You’ve shipped products. Big and small. Across platforms. Tasted successes and failures. You are a pro at this. Consumer product experience preferred.

• Cross functional abilities: You can communicate and collaborate across teams of content, product and engineering. You understand scenarios aren’t always ideal and it requires tradeoffs to keep improving products.

• Doer attitude: You know early startups mean “getting shit done”. Have the grit and perseverance required.

• Ownership mindset: You concur with Uncle Ben that with great power, comes great responsibility. Anything design at Frontpage, the buck stops at you.
