What you'll be doing 🌟

• Owning ideas from inception to implementation.
• Working directly with founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.  
• Iterating and refining the core logic that powers our multi-player fintech infrastructure, including card issuing, banking infra, fraud analysis, web scrapping.
• Mentoring engineers around you and establishing a culture of technical excellence.

• Mobile dev experience: 3+ years of professional mobile app development experience for Android and iOS platforms. (+1 for Flutter experience)
• Backend experience:  Experience with architectural patterns of complex web applications, NoSQL or SQL databases and modern JavaScript libraries.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Experience as founder or early employee at a startup (+1 for Payment Startup) 
• Learning:  You're open to the best tool for the job. You are excited to learn new technologies
• Quality communicator:  You can break down tricky topics in writing and in person.
• Product focused:  You take pride in building elegant and beautiful product.
