3 phone interviews, 30-45 minutes each, within 2-week timeframe (can be faster if needed):

Technical Screen. Chat about specific challenges you'll be solving in this role and how you'd approach them based on your previous experience.
Team fit. Connect with more team members and cover your past experiences, interest in startups and how you operate in smaller teams.
