About the Role

We’re looking for a high-potential BizOps candidate to work cross-functionally across the team. You’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, closing gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with broad exposure to all areas of company building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work on tech and product operations (i.e. quality assurance of our agents)
  • Help create and refine workflows to keep the team efficient and effective
  • Handle relationships with partners and third party service providers
  • Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team
  • Jump in wherever needed and see projects through to completion

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
  • Ready for a fast-paced environment—you’re energized by challenge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clear communicator who can handle sensitive information with maturity
  • Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
  • Proactive and always willing to learn
  • Graduated from a Tier 1 university
