We're on a mission to remove all unnecessary friction from air travel. The airline industry is built on a fossilized layer of technology and this causes billions of dollars of friction and lost opportunities for travelers and travel companies.

We started with one product that has gained us huge customers like Priceline, Hopper, and Trip.com but we are just getting started.

The Role

Account managers are responsible for managing Gordian’s global portfolio of travel website partnerships. You’ll design our strategy for building deep partnerships with the largest travel websites in the world and execute on that strategy.

You’ll be instrumental in accelerating that growth and capitalizing on our existing product market fit. This could mean adding new products or expanding the reach of our existing integrations. You’ll own this part of our business end to end and have the freedom to innovate alongside an elite technical team.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management experience in a technology company
  • Highly skilled at relationship-building and communicating technical concepts
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, high-impact environment

We have a unique approach to remote work that we really like. It revolves around 2-month cycles where everyone works remotely for ~7 weeks, then we all come together for a week in Seattle, WA to work face-to-face out of our headquarters. The company pays the expenses of flights, hotel, and food while we are together. We have a data-driven approach to compensation where we benchmark across similar stage and size startups and target the 80th percentile or better for compensation.

We offer unlimited vacation, with a two-week minimum, along with the 11 US federal holidays.
