MISSION
The Strategic Partnerships Lead will own part of Gordian’s global portfolio of travel website partners and will design and lead our strategy for onboarding, managing and growing with our current partners. This role is a cornerstone of our commercial team and is responsible for new customer and product launches, revenue generation and customer experience. An examples of high impact goal you would own includes expanding business with our largest customer by enabling them to sell novel ancillary products in markets across the globe for diverse populations.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of high-paced customer-facing business experience
Experience with scoping, configuring, and managing complex systems and processes
Passion for solving complex problems
Data-driven problem-solving capabilities
Experience as an overall customer-facing “athlete” in a startup environment while wearing multiple hats (or otherwise yet-to-be-defined roles)
Proven ability to manage high complexity projects
Prioritize customers for product launches, testing, and improving our customer experiences
Highly skilled at relationship building and communicating technical concepts
Creative thinking and development of innovative business solutions
High EQ and ability to lead as needed
Motivated by a fast-paced, high impact environment
