You’ll be responsible for owning high impact candidate searches for all types and seniorities of roles across Gordian. You will promote Gordian’s values and culture and thrive in our environment. You will have freedom and independence to experiment with recruiting strategies and will provide important input into the development of our Talent Acquisition and People teams. You will have close relationships with Gordian’s co-founders and senior leaders, and your successes will include making best-in-class hires in this competitive talent market.
3+ years of high-paced high bar recruiting experience
Hands on recruiting experience, averaging at least 3+ roles filled per month
Technical recruiting expertise - you know the world of engineering and product recruiting
Previous experience at early or growth stage startups: sourcing, managing pipelines, and closing candidates
Understands how to design, optimize and run end to end recruiting process simultaneously across different roles and domains
Data-driven, you know how important funnel metrics are
Motivated by a fast-paced, high impact environment
Proactive and comfortable operating amidst ambiguity
Clear communicator with a bias to collaborate
