As part of our Technology team, you will scale and optimize GroMo's technology platform and build innovative solutions to help increase the penetration of Insurance and increase financial literacy with the help of financial advisors. • Experience: 7+ years of experience in backend technologies in a consumer-facing product company.

• Technology:

  • Backend Technology: Nodejs, Redis/ AWS/Docker, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
  • Android Technology (good to have): Kotlin/React + Java with a good understanding of Android SDK
  • Have worked on integration with REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL data storage solutions. Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Hands Dirty- Open to getting his/her hands dirty

• Strategic Mindset: You take a long-term vision for technology and how it will impact key business priorities.

• Management: You are comfortable with building and leading cross-functional teams comprising of engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Technical to be around node.js, microservices, databases(no SQL and SQL), team management, stakeholder management, sprint planning, and projects worked on by you in your past organization.
