The H1 Sales team plays a crucial role in creating that future. Our team is 100% focused on understanding customer needs and aligning them to our core capabilities and solutions. We believe in the value and benefits we bring to our client’s businesses - and ultimately, to their patients.
Ideally this role will be based out of Boston, Atlanta, Salt Lake City or Florida and operate in a hybrid remote/in person structure.
What You'll Do at H1
Our SDR team works as a fulcrum between marketing and sales, ensuring that we’re educating and generating awareness with our highest value prospects. As our Senior Director, Sales Development you will lead our global SDR team and subsequently the H1 sales team to success.
Hire and build out team of SDR individual contributorsWork in an office local to you multiple days per week
Develop quarterly SDR plans by account/region/repCreate and orchestrate monthly SDR campaigns including messaging, and goals in alignment with marketing
Develop, manage and train our growing global SDR team on core messaging, ICPs, and value selling
Aid the SDR team to build predictable pipeline results
Constantly improve prospect outreach tactics and messaging
Work directly with H1’s Marketing & Sales team to maximize marketing spend (i.e., events and content) and campaigns (i.e., social) to meet company objectives
Support SDRs to drive top of funnel pipeline growth by getting the right prospects at the right companies aware of & interested in H1 Conduct analysis/maintain dashboard on thruput, outreach effectiveness, conversion and other key elements that signal success or the need for change in approachProvide regular performance feedback

You have 15+ years of experience leading teams who consistently deliver
You have 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
You have 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences
You have experience with CRM, Outreach, Marketing Automation platforms (i.e., SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
You’re a critical thinker with a growth mindset
You’re ready to foster an inclusive team culture at H1
You have experience working cross functionally to build successful top of funnel activities to drive pipeline growth You’re an expert collaborator and influencer, demonstrated through strong communication and presentation skills
