Mechanical Engineer - Carbon Capture at Heimdal
About the role
Heimdal are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer looking to work in the carbon capture industry. The role involves the design and building of a 300t/yr carbon capture pilot plant on big island Hawai'i. It is essential that the individual hired is not only adept at designing systems but also keen to be hands-on during building. The person will be part of a small engineering team and so will have a significant influence on the technology. The applicant must also be comfortable taking responsibility and doesn't require micro-managing - we want to give you as much freedom as possible in development to innovate! You will be the only mechanical engineer on the team along with an electrical, process and systems engineer; so you will need to be comfortable taking responsibility.
