About the role


HeyCharge is a VC-based, early-stage startup based in Munich, Germany just entering the scale-up phase. We built a dynamite product with epic product-market fit and a strong value proposition, but as it turns out, we still need a team to sell it. We're looking for a strong, self-starting, visionary sales leader to help translate opportunity into execution. Ultimately, we'll be building a number of parallel sales models and channels including B2B, B2BC, B2C, and franchising. The successful candidate will have a "no job too big, no job too small" and "roll up the sleeves and get the hands dirty" attitude, and will jump in with both feet to help us start building. Help us build Germany's next unicorn!


  • Lead operational sales for all products, channels, and commercial models.
  • Liaise with market-specific organizations (subsidiaries, remote offices, JVs, and franchisees) to maximize revenue.
  • Synchronize with leadership team to transfer customer learnings into product roadmap.


  • Sales leadership experience including:
    • B2B sales strongly preferred.
    • B2C sales an added bonus.
    • Industry experience in energy utility, real estate, or EV charging strongly preferred.
    • Business model and price testing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • A technical background such as experience at a tech startup or scale-up is useful.
