AI paralegal for contingency law firms
Hi all! Bennett from Hidden Hand here. I'm looking to bring someone on as a Founding Engineer to help optimize workflows for the 150,000 contingency law firms in the US. We have a great network of interested lawyers and need to keep up with the demand for the features requested.
We're scaling up our core product to take over the entire case lifecycle
The Role
This is a role for a founding engineer. You'll have tons of agency and decision-making for overall system design, which is pretty awesome if you ask me.
Your early focus will be on pushing our product further with integrations and automating workflows, while still keeping the simplest product for our users to understand. I am a Machine Learning Engineer and will lead most of these efforts so you don't need to be an expert at this.
How do you know if you're the right fit for this role? Not everybody is
Other important things to have
If these resonate with you and you want to change one of the oldest professions in the world, reach out to me, and let's get building!
