Job Description

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Performance Marketing Intern. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in the field of business development/sales by working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing budgets and lead target campaigns across all digital channels.

• Developing & optimizing acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

• Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset.

• Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.

• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.

• Develop, build and run A/B tests across landing pages. Experience writing direct-response copy is a huge benefit.

• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Our Requirements

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

• Based in HCMC;

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence;

• Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;

• Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);

• Background in real estate is an advantage.
