We're seeking a Leasing Manager who excels at leading leasing teams and marketing units and shares our excitement for leveraging AI, technology, and a worldwide team to deliver unique, streamlined leasing experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee leasing strategies, motivate teams, and drive occupancy rates and rent rolls. Job Overview:

We're hiring an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee room rentals across different US metros to develop and implement leasing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue, manage leasing agents, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our room rental business in different US metros.

• Manage a team of leasing consultants to ensure they meet their leasing targets and provide the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations to ensure our rental rates and policies remain competitive and compliant.

• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including the customer service team, maintenance team, and tenants, to ensure their needs are met.

• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns to attract prospective tenants.

• Monitor and analyze leasing metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Ensure that leasing consultants maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental applications, lease agreements, and tenant information.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts related to room rental operations.

• Work with the product and technology teams to leverage technology and AI to enhance and automate the leasing experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of leasing practices, property management, and fair housing laws.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing leasing strategies that drive revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
