About the role

This is a ground floor opportunity to be the first marketing leaders at hotglue and shape our trajectory. You will experience what being at a scrappy startup is like. What you'll be doing described below one-day could look radically different the next. You will be empowered to identify opportunities that will help us grow and own it.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team from the ground up
  • Create and oversee content marketing and product marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company goals
  • Implement marketing analytics and attribution systems to measure and optimize performance

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write high-quality content
  • Strong understanding of the developer tools and integration platform market
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in marketing analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment
