Managing a book of business (set of accounts) to retain and upsell revenue
Providing transparent, consultative help to customers via QBRs, customer success collaboration and regular communication
Building a structured approach to retaining and increasing revenue from customers
Learning about new technologies, applications and use-cases
Working closely with sales, product and customer success
You’ve successfully managed existing customer relationships for 3+ years within MM segments for products that are bought “top down”
Are a natural communicator (in conversation & written)
You’re proactive within your client relationships and can pre-empt changing circumstances/changes
Have exposure to a sales methodology (MEDDIC or similar)
Genuinely want to be involved in building a business that cares deeply about customers, high quality product and standards of sales
Have consistently attained new business or existing business revenue targets
