About the role

Hyperglue exists to generate insights from unstructured data, powering the dashboards our customers use to make business critical decisions daily.

As a Sr. Data Scientist at Hyperglue, you’ll work directly with the founding team to ship new data driven product features, leveraging bleeding edge algorithms, and a good intuition about data. We’re looking for engineers willing to push the boundaries of what’s possible, and help build products that feel like magic to our customers.

On any given day you’ll be

• Combine knowledge of several research domains to help power decisions at Hyperglue
• Designing new machine learning systems to power the analytics efforts at Hyperglue
• Improving the statistical methodology backing our experimentation platform
• Building statistical models to predict user behavior and risks to the business
• Adapting machine learning algorithms to solve problems across several teams, such as product, operations, customer support, compliance, and security

About you:

• Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering or natural sciences (or equivalent research experience)
• Solid understanding of unsupervised learning, statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent programming skills, including expert level familiarity with the Python programming language
• At least 4 years of work experience, either in a research/ academic or commercial/ industry setting
