Active • 3,000 employees • San Francisco, CA, USA
Founded in 2013, we believe trade can move the human race forward. That’s why our mission at Flexport is to make global trade easy for everyone. What the internet has done for bits and bytes, Flexport is doing for physical goods: giving every business the ability to connect to any customer, wherever they are in the world. That sounds pretty straightforward, but a fragmented and inefficient global supply chain has held the world back from untapped growth and innovation. By connecting everyone in the global economy we can unlock commerce, creativity, and human progress. To do so, we’re building the platform for global logistics—empowering buyers, sellers and their logistics partners with the technology and services they need to grow and innovate. Today, we work with more than 40,000 customers and their suppliers across industries like manufacturing, retail, electronics, consumer goods, tech, apparel, and beauty. Companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—used Flexport technology to move nearly $19B of merchandise across 112 countries in 2021. Interested in joining our team? Public • 4,000 employees • San Francisco, CA, USA
Dropbox is building the world’s first smart workspace. Back in 2007, making work better for people meant designing a simpler way to keep files in sync. Today, it means designing products that reduce busywork so you can focus on the work that matters. Most “productivity tools” get in your way. They constantly ping, distract, and disrupt your team’s flow, so you spend your days switching between apps and tracking down feedback. It’s busywork, not the meaningful stuff. We want to change this. We believe there’s a more enlightened way to work. Dropbox helps people be organized, stay focused, and get in sync with their teams.

While modern AI excels in any area you can collect a lot of data for, it struggles in areas where data is sparse or costly to attain. Designing new molecules, discovering new physics, and engineering new materials, and even developing more effective systems of governance are all domains where collecting data is extremely costly. We dream of a world where AI accelerates research in all of these domains and creates a more abundant future for humanity, but the current technology is not there. That’s why we started Prototypical. We are building AI that can design highly effective experiments in data-sparse domains and learn maximally from the data it already has.

    End Close
    Y Combinator LogoW2026
Active • 2 employees • San Francisco, CA, USA
End Close builds automatic reconciliation for payments companies like fintechs, marketplaces, banks and payroll companies. Reconciliation helps companies track every dollar and resolve every exception, ensuring they have no money loss, can report audit ready financials, and stay compliant. Sean (CEO) spent the last 6 years building the reconciliation org at Modern Treasury (S18), processing a trillion dollars in payments across 40 banks with 99.995% automation. Fast growing companies like Modern Treasury are forced to build a solution in-house or buy a legacy solution. End Close provides a modern reconciliation system that works with a company's existing stack and is managed by AI agents. Exception handling is where 99% of the manual work happens today, payment ops teams spend hours gathering context across various data sources to investigate each ticket. End Close provides an AI ops agent that connects to a company's data warehouse, invoicing platform and payment processors to triage and resolve issues without human intervention. Legacy providers only provide reconciliation for month end close applications. End Close continuously reconciles with developer friendly APIs, allowing teams to integrate real time payments data within their products to create product experiences for customers like faster balance top-ups, instant trading etc. New payment rails and agent-to-agent payments are increasing online transaction volumes, making reconciliation a growing challenge for companies. David (CTO and 2nd time YC founder) most recently built these kinds of high-scale ingestion pipelines when starting and leading error tracking at PostHog (W20), the fastest growing product in the company's history.

    Y Combinator LogoW2026
Active • 2 employees • San Francisco, CA, USA
Wideframe is an AI agent that speeds up the 75% of video work that happens outside the Non-Linear Editor. It helps teams save time and do more with their videos. Users link their video libraries to Wideframe and then work with our context-aware agent to tackle search, editing, and generative tasks. Our high-performance desktop app works across the filesystem and can even natively handle Adobe Premiere Pro (.prproj) files in and out. In our first 75 days since launch, we onboarded more than 50 brands and agencies. Many of them make tens or hundreds of videos per week for ads or organic social. What we discovered while building for them: 75% of their video work happens outside of the Non-Linear Editor. Most of our clients prefer to finish videos in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. They don’t want an “agentic NLE”. And they really don’t spend a lot of time in the NLE in the first place. They spend 4-5x more time each week doing research, writing briefs, searching for videos, scrubbing within videos, organizing sequences of a-roll and b-roll, producing rough drafts, getting feedback from their team and/or clients, and now generating content to augment their footage as well. We’re early into providing real value within this work. Our ambition is to become the default workspace where people and agents collaborate to get the most out of their video. Quotes from Early Users: “Wideframe will save each of our editors 2 hours per day. They will have more time to focus on the quality of their work and doing more without the stress.” - Matthew Gattozzi, Founder at Goodo Studios “OH MY GOD YOU ARE A FREAKING GENIUS” - A user after Wideframe automatically watched, renamed and organized 24 of his videos in 3 minutes

At Return Signals, we are building an AI-powered luxury concierge that proactively checks in with customers via SMS when their items are delivered. This high-touch experience drives 5–10% absolute margin uplift while improving CSAT and LTV. We improve e-commerce margins by intelligently recommending appropriate exchanges when customers are unsatisfied. Our texts achieve very high response rates (over 80% of eventual returns), and convert 70% of return intents into exchanges. All this without increasing the combined exchange and return rate. Because exchanges preserve revenue, our customers retain most of the original sale value. We achieve over 95% positive sentiment in our interactions (and almost no negative interactions), with many customers spending multiple messages thanking our bot and developing a personal relationship.

Piris Labs offers a full-stack inference service that eliminates the AI data movement bottleneck. By pairing proprietary photonic hardware with a vertically optimized software stack, we minimize the "memory wall" associated with expensive GPUs. This allows us to deliver the same performance as traditional clusters at a fraction of the cost. Our technology improves effective FLOP utilization and reduces latency, finally making the unit economics of trillion-parameter models sustainable. Founded by a team of MIT physicists and Meta AI experts.

Overshoot makes it easy for developers to build and run real-time vision applications. AI can see and understand the physical world. This unlocks new applications in physical security, safety, gaming, robotics and general consumer products. Soon, video agents will watch your home and your pet when you’re away. However, existing platforms make it painful for developers to build these real-time applications. Slow inference. Limited model availability. Break at scale. Overshoot solves this. Today, 300+ developers connect live video feeds to the largest collection of Vision Language Models with 3 lines of code. And get responses in less than 200ms. 10x faster than any existing inference platform. Zero infra headache. Our moat is focus. Image and Video are fundamentally different modalities from text. By focusing on them, we are able to make strong technical leaps from codec, streaming protocols to inference engines. Younes and Zakaria are cousins. Zakaria graduated top of his class at LSE and MIT, and later built low-latency high-throughput pricing systems (surge) at Uber and inference engines at Meta. He previously built and sold a software product and won several prominent AI hackathons. Younes was a founding engineer at Cosmonio (later acquired by Intel). He built a training and serving Computer Vision platform from scratch. He witnessed firsthand customers abandoning traditional Computer Vision because it lacked the “general” intelligence LLMs have today. Together we’ve shipped large-scale systems and know where they break.
