-Make the Professional experience more seamless, whether that’s during onboarding, while a Pro is working a shift, or the post-shift experience (how Pros get paid). -Build a more delightful Partner experiences across web and mobile. We’ve just scratched the surface in building intuitive experiences for our Partners to attract and engage with the Professionals on our platform. -Create better tooling for our on-site Captains across the country to help them run large shifts and events more efficiently and collect feedback on our Pros. What You'll Do Create the strategy and and execute against it to build and enhance our growth engine across both sides of the marketplace, while prioritizing sustainable growth and a focus on engagement (from acquisition, activation, to retention and reactivation) and the marketplace dynamics (including unit economics, partner & professional long term experiences) Lead a cross-functional team including marketing, design, product management, engineering, and data science to develop features Who You Are Product Experience: Minimum 2+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products that you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished Leadership Experience: Prior experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, where you were accountable for the outcomes. Strategic: you can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind. Business-minded: you are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics. Strong analytical and statistical skills and experience defining and understanding A/B testing, funnel analysis, conversion, consumer acquisition, retention and go-to-market strategies Experience working on growth optimization and/or marketplaces Experience working on consumer-facing technology Instawork Values Bias for Action -- We are a growing team and an evolving product.
