About the role
主な職務と責任
このポジションは、Intellectのプラットフォーム上でコーチングやカウンセリングのセッションを提供する専門家（コーチ、心理士、カウンセラー等）との関係維持を担う重要な役割です。主な業務としては、以下となります。
-
Intellectを代表して、コーチ・心理士・カウンセラーの団体等との関係を構築
-
コーチ、心理士、カウンセラーの採用・オンボーディング業務を担当
-
コーチ・カウンセラーのエンゲージメントを高めることを目的としたウェビナーやイベントを開催
-
オンボーディングしたコーチ、心理士、カウンセラーのサポート業務
-
その他、上記に関連する必要な業務必要なスキル・資格
-
心理学系の学位、または経験を有する
-
パートナーシップ、リレーションシップマネジメント経験
-
優れたコミュニケーション・スキル
-
積極的でフレンドリーな性格
-
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（本社との綿密な連携が必要となる為）歓迎スキル

コーチング/臨床経験
