Who we are

We are an upcoming deep tech startup committed to transforming how life science companies are creating the next generation of biologic drugs. We developed a unique biotech platform to scale protein synthesis. We use this platform to co-develop novel protein-based drugs and manufacture these drugs at the same time. One of our first focus arease are antimicrobial drugs, such as bacteriophages.

Who we want to welcome to our team

We're looking for a driven person to head our operations. Ideally, you have headed operations in a biotech, techbio, or tech startup before. We love to see the following traits:

• Passion for team
• Strict on deliverables
• Reliability

A background in any bioscience (biology, biophysics, etc.), German-speaking, and regulatory experience is not required but definitely may help you get up to speed!

Your responsibilities

You will be leading:

• Execution of our business strategy
• Streamlining internal and external R&D
• Budgeting and timeline management
• Overseeing regulatory strategy
• Talent management
