What We’re Looking For
Ivella is looking for a highly motivated operations manager to drive efforts regarding customer success, banking operations, and strategic initiatives across our product and growth teams. We’re a small, but ambitious team with lofty goals to reshape how couples think about their finances. We’re looking for an individual who isn’t intimidated by ambiguity, likes solving hard problems, and wants to take ownership in multiple projects.
What You’ll Do
⚡️ Work closely with our CEO to provide support and improve strategic decision-making across growth and product teams
⚡️ Routinely perform risk assessments on customers to maintain compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements in a fast-paced environment
⚡️ Collaborate with partner bank(s) to monitor compliance trends and ensure regulatory requirements are met
⚡️ Deal with a high volume of customer communications across email and text
⚡️ Manage consumer response efforts by developing operations to make sure complaints are dealt with and handled in an effective manner
⚡️ SQL and basic scripting knowledge are a plus
