Jeeves is looking for a Content & Community Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy and more broadly contribute strategically to our content across all channels: inclusive of paid and organic. We’re looking for a highly organized go-getter who can spearhead and execute work as well as collaborate with cross functional team members effectively. You’ll be responsible for increasing our online presence and contributing to growing our overall digital marketing efforts across all touch points.
You should be a strong writer, designer and storyteller with an interest in learning the Jeeves tone of voice, offering, and clients across several global markets. You will be responsible for making content at Jeeves innovative, community driven, and competitive. This role takes the lead in understanding and capitalizing on relevant trends, developing strategy, and project managing new content initiatives that drive value for Jeeves customers and partners. You will report directly to the CEO.
What you’ll do:
Work to build and execute a top-notch social media strategy that aligns with overarching business and brand objectives Work closely with our CEO and creative agency on our paid marketing campaigns Manage social content calendar for all company and brand social media channels inclusive of but not limited to Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, and LinkedIn Craft, edit, publish and share engaging and personality-forward brand stories daily across multiple social media channels Manage and grow online community across all channels Deliver high-quality assets Understand and predict social media trends to keep Jeeves relevant Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance Work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-discipline teams What you need to be successful: 5+ years of professional social media experience preferably in the finance industry Modern, expressive and tasteful social media content portfolio with an understanding of and experience in: branding, layout, colors, and typography in digital media Mastery of a wide range of social media production tools, techniques, and approaches - especially video Entrepreneurial story-teller, can work autonomously, and bring the organization along on the journey Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
