About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in expanding the company’s email marketing program. The Email Marketing team sits under the Product Team for the foreseeable future. Working with various stakeholders across the business, the Coordinator will own email campaigns from end-to-end and proactively work to increase engagement. In this role, you will join an organization of highly-motivated professionals committed to the mission of workplace DEI.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to create and deliver email campaigns for a variety of audiences.
  • Ensure emails go out accurately, on schedule, and on-brand.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance on a regular basis, giving recommendations for improvement.
  • Strive to improve ROI of email campaigns through testing and iteration.
  • Assist in writing and editing email content.
  • Proactively identify marketing opportunities where possible.
  • Work closely with the Tech and Product teams on feature releases.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-2 years in a comparable function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative, analytical thinker
  • Experience writing and editing for a brand
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Email Service Platforms (ESP’s)
  • Experience with HTML is a plus!
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics
