Admin automation for behavioral health
We're Juniper, an early-stage startup building vertical SaaS for behavioral health, starting in autism. We care a ton about impact - which is why we're tackling what we believe to be one of the biggest problems out there today. The lack of supply in behavioral health means that those who need it most can no longer get access to care. We see this as a once in a lifetime opportunity to fix a broken industry, and we want you on this journey with us! Read more about what we're doing here: https://bit.ly/juniper-recruiting
We are excited to hire an operations/bizops lead! We’re looking for mission-driven Swiss-Army knives who care about creating positive impact (this is the most important aspect!), love problem-solving, and will thrive in the fast-paced start-up life. In an early stage startup, you'll have a flexible, cross-functional role spanning analytics, operations, reporting, growth, and customer success.
You'll be working with our COO on exciting challenges across all functions, including:
We’ll be based in New York City post pandemic and have a preference for in person, but are willing to consider remote in certain timezones.
We’re on a mission to make behavioral health more available and accessible. We're backed by YCombinator, Craft, Zigg, and many others to make this dream a reality.
At Juniper, we build software for behavioral health clinicians to improve quality of care. We streamline and replace manual efforts so clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing high-quality care.

We’re deeply rooted in the intersection of healthcare and technology — the founders were previously healthcare consultants (at McKinsey) and all have technical backgrounds (studied CS at Harvard, Columbia, and Cornell).
The engineering team brings a breadth of experience (AWS, Bloomberg, Headway) and went to top universities (Brown, Cornell). Our head of engineering previously led a team of 10 at AWS and is invested in building a first-class team of engineers with a focus on developing a diverse, inclusive, and supportive culture.
