About the role

Klarity (tryklarity.com YCombinator S18) automates document review for the world’s most innovative companies. Our customers include companies like Coupa, Okta, RingCentral, Optimizely, and Lattice and use Klarity to (1) save time and cost, (2) reduce compliance risk, and (3) ease the pain of document review.

We are looking to add a brilliant Onboarding Manager to our team in San Francisco. You will be the first member of the Customer Success team!

We have spent years working on our core AI platform and recently decided to focus on the Revenue Recognition use case. Since then we’ve experienced extremely strong growth and have 4xd our revenue in just the last 4 months. We are looking for an incredibly capable individual who can take charge of all customer onboarding. Your work will be absolutely critical to the company as our #1 blocker is onboarding customers. As such, compensation for this role will include a generous equity component.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO & CTO to onboard recently signed customers.

Making structural process changes to reduce onboarding time and effort.

Requirements:

4-8 years prior experience in Onboarding, Customer Success/Support.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
