As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be a critical part of our business development effort, driving our Enterprise lead generation and outreach efforts. The SDR will work closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff to develop and execute methods to open doors. You will be expected to keep track of large quantities of leads and emails along an extensive process. You will also be required to qualify prospects, analyze sales metrics, and iterate our lead generation strategies for optimum results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CEO and CoS to source customers
  • Reach out to prospects in multiple OE verticals in the smarthome realm
  • Collaborate with CEO and CoS to develop lead gen strategies and processes
  • Send high volume of emails daily, and follow up on previous conversations as necessary, ultimately setting meetings for CEO to execute
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a lead gen and prospecting tool
  • Report to the team on your activity and outreach metrics

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to execute high email output each day
  • Act with a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and empathy for your audience
  • Resilience to use rejection/low response rates to iterate on messaging and strategy
  • Impeccable writing, highly communicative
  • Proficiency in working with and researching new tools to achieve goals
  • Enthusiasm for start-up culture and driving sales
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data organization skills
  • Take initiative to organize your time and complete goals
  • Energetic and resourceful
  • You will be working with a large amount of data and required to keep information updated in a timely manner
