Founding Full Stack Engineer

Mission

Leaping AI does self-improving voice AI agents for business. We recently crossed 100,000 calls per day, automate in some cases up to 70% of repetitive phone calls, whilst maintaining 90% customer satisfaction.

We work in-person out of SF and already support many mid-market and Enterprise customers on mission-critical phone workflows. We are backed by great investors, such as YC, Paul Graham and Nexus Venture Partners.

You will own features end-to-end from customer requests to their deployment, working within real-time low-latency constraints. You’ll also be a foundational part of how we build the culture at Leaping AI.

Competencies

• Experience with Typescript + Next.js or similar frontend framework
• Experience with Python + modern async patterns
