Legion Health is seeking a talented and experienced Founding Product Designer to join our mission-driven startup. In this role, you will work closely with the co-founders, product managers, and engineers to create elegant and intuitive user experiences for our telemedicine platform, referrals platform, and other digital health products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the co-founders and product team to define and prioritize product features and user flows.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and high quality across all products.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate product concepts and user interactions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure the design vision is implemented to the highest quality.
• Continuously iterate and improve the design of our products based on user feedback, data analysis, and design trends.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including user personas, user journeys, and design specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in user experience, interaction design, and visual design.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Previous experience designing digital health products or telemedicine platforms is a plus.
