Things we’re looking for
Bonus
Introductory video call with CTO to discuss past work experience, your goals for working at a startup, what we're looking for, and so on. As we talk about past experiences, we’ll also ask about high-level technical concepts, but you shouldn’t expect to write code. (30 min)
Remote coding project and discussion. We’ll ask you to spend about 2 hours writing some code that resembles what you would do as part of our role. Then we’ll spend some time discussing your approach, tradeoffs, next steps, etc. (2.5 hours)
(Optional) Work with us for 3-5 days! If you’re able to, we’d love to work with you on a side project that's relevant to our product roadmap, but more on the R&D side of things. This will help us get a better signal for you as a teammate and for you to get a better understanding of our team culture. You'll be compensated for your time.
Final interview loop consisting of live programming problems, system design discussion, and meeting the rest of the team, including a conversation with our CEO. (2 hours)
