Today we're introducing Locke, an applied AI company changing the way companies and governments work together. Our first focus: building an AI-native government affairs firm that helps companies monitor regulations, lobby policymakers, and win government contracts.

American governments spend over $10 trillion a year - and it's all up for grabs, reallocated annually through budgets, appropriations, and contracts. But while every other major market has been made accessible, government hasn't. Its front door is guarded by legacy government affairs firms that charge incumbent prices, and their customers get a fragmented product: one firm for the Hill, another for agencies, another for proposals and procurement, with no one accountable for the outcome.

Locke is building the front door government never had. We combine our AI agents with in-house lobbyists who own the entire path - from research to first meeting to funded contract. On the backend, our agents make the path faster than ever - analyzing legislation, tracking stakeholder engagement, and drafting complex contract proposals.

Since quietly launching six weeks ago, we've blown past a $500K annual revenue run-rate serving clients across defense, healthcare, GovTech, and more.

Locke was founded by Parth Badhwar, who came to this problem from both sides of the table: policy roles at the White House and Deloitte, then leading GTM at a startup that sold to dozens of government offices. The team is small, talent-dense, and part of Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch.

Locke’s mission is bigger than replacing lobbying firms. It's a future where winning government support depends on what you make, not who you know.
