Accelerating the transition into a new kind of capitalism.
About Us
LTSE supports companies that are built to last. Our ecosystem combines the only U.S. national securities exchange specifically for long-term-oriented companies and investors, software and services that strengthen the partnership between bold ideas and patient capital, and a coalition of companies and investors who measure progress over years and decades, not financial quarters.
We believe that modern companies deserve a public market option that rewards the building of businesses that innovate consistently, invest in their employees, and seed future growth. Our vision is a market designed to support the methods of experimentation and scaling that modern companies use to find continuous success; one that can open the way for innovation and value creation far into the future.
Founded by Eric Ries, an entrepreneur, New York Times bestselling author, and the creator of the Lean Startup methodology, LTSE is building a diverse team of professionals in fields that include technology, finance, regulation, and law. Major investors include Founders Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, Collaborative Fund, and Obvious Ventures.
The Role:
LTSE Equity is the first equity management solution that also supports building better and more equitable company foundations. The Staff Software Engineer will partner with the Head of Engineering to own and execute on key projects while also serving as a mentor to other engineers.
As a key member of our nimble, diverse engineering team, you will fully participate in the design and evolution of our tooling and practices. Our engineers believe in writing tests, refactoring mercilessly, and that the best code is the code you never have to write. We are a fast-moving startup, but we also prioritize sustainable development, taking advantage of the efficiencies of a tightly-knit team to have a disproportionate impact.
This is a full-stack and full-product-cycle role. You will own features and shape entire modules. You’ll need to learn about the domain and our users and server as an equal partner with our Product, Customer Success, and Design teams. You’ll roll up your sleeves from day one as we practice shipping code daily.
