UI/UX designer
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and creating user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
- Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
