Atoms is a product first company and we believe all great businesses get to invent a great product first and everything else follows. We launched Atoms publicly in June 2019, to make a shoe that people would want to wear every day, and build an engaging community. Since then, we added over 100,000 customers, responded to the pandemic by making/donating over half a million masks. We design and make our own products, do our own operations and logistics. Our customers love our products, and the vision for the brand. We have major new products and customer experiences launches coming in the next few months. This is where you come, a thoughtful leader to grow Atoms by building and overseeing our growth team to scale Atoms to the next phase. We are setting ambitious goals on product, growth and customer experience. You will work closely with Atoms CEO and our experienced board, making sure that we are approaching growth thoughtfully without sacrificing the experience of our customers or the brand equity. Basically, making sure that Atoms thrive for years to come. This is not a general DTC growth role.
This is a career defining role to scale Atoms 10x from an excellent foundation of product-market fit and 100,000 strong community.
Take on the meaningful responsibility of leading the overall growth strategy and execution based on Atoms approach to product and customer experience.
Oversee and drive growth across all stages of the funnel, lead generation, conversion, retention and referrals.
Be and own the voice for growth. Represent growth at marketing, customer experience, and leadership meetings. Build and execute a cross-platform customer acquisition strategy (i.e., the right platforms, with the right messaging, to the right audiences) and a performance-driven media plan with strict ROI goals, virility and referral programs. Manage a team channel leads, both internally and with external agency partners. Work along with our creative team on the brand asset for performance and organic campaigns. Partnered with Data and Engineering team to contribute to our continuous efforts to improve our customer experience and acquisition spend efficiency Partner with our engineering team to measure and understand the effectiveness of growth initiatives
5+ years of experience in performance and acquisition marketing for consumer facing companies. A combination of analytical chops to break down complex problems, but with creative ideas to test new concepts and attract new customers. Able to think strategically as a growth lead, and understand long term impact on the business, and also can execute as an individual contributor to quickly test new assumptions. Thoughtful, able to speak your mind, not hesitant to share and vouch for unusual ideas. Deeply care about building a company for the long run on growth, product, ethics and community.
