About the role

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Design simple & logical UX to increase product metrics
Build and use design system to provide efficient & scalable UI solutions
Deliver ready-to-dev design in 1-2 iterations
Prove designs with customers and be involved in product discovery inline with products
Design promo and marketing things, icons, graphics if it needed
Improve the current design

YOUR EXPERIENCE

3 years experience in UX and/or UI design (Figma, Sketch)
Strong knowledge of design tools
Experience with customer development, UX research, CJM
Strong understanding product metrics and data driven decisions
Strong creative mind
Product Thinking experience
Client-centered design approach
Functional animations and interactive prototyping

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in FinTech / banking / e-commerce / games
Self-taught Modern Blender 3D and graphic design
Dribble account
Experience in web development (knowledges for CSS & HTML, JS is a plus)
Advanced / Fluent english

COMPENSATION

Salary: $180,000/year
