Job role: Product Designer

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India

Salary Range: 4LPA-5LPA

Please note that this is an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability finding
• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups
• Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
• Plan and implement new website designs from scratch
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test new ideas before implementing

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in product design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Knowledge of user journeys, onboarding flows, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InDesign etc.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
