Responsibilities Creation of Pipeline across platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn End to end recruitment cycle Dial all candidates individually ensuring that the application form is filled Create employee policies Ensure daily targets are reached Ensure efficiency of everyone in the organisation Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Requirements Prior experience in target based roles Experience conducting outreach campaigns (e.g. linkedin reachouts, cold calling, in person meetings, walk ins. etc.) Hands-on experience of working with early stage start up is preferred Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as a part of a tight-knit team. Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word) Ability to keep up with a fast paced environment
