About The Role

MazumaGo is looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative to join our team. As part of our Growth team, the ideal SDR will help us meet our customer acquisition and growth targets. You will be in charge of overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing leads through cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. The strongest candidates will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment while thinking creatively and strategically about the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through daily cold calls and email sequencing

  • Create and deliver demos on company products and features

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Mazumago’s products and features

  • Work with growth and marketing teams on lead generation methods, messaging, and sales strategies

  • Track sales activities in the company CRM system and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

  • Communicate customer and prospect pain points, feedback, and requests to the appropriate departments

  • Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort, handoffs, and lead generation

  • Develop strong customer relationships with a deep understanding of how they use our products

  • Track sales goals and activity- report results as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Some experience in sales

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated
