Mentorcam is a marketplace where people can access highly accomplished mentors for 1:1 advice on business and entrpereneurship. Individual freedom in how we get things done combined with accountability is embedded in how we work, so if you like ownership of your own deliverables, flexible work hours, and getting stuff done while having fun doing it we would love to talk to you!

Who you are

You are capable of wearing many hats and have excellent project management and communication skills. You are an organized problem-solver with keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate can work operationally without creating unnecessary red tape and independently execute tasks. Responsibilities can be as varied as managing external partnerships, organizing events, and assisting the CEO with tracking and analyzing KPIs.

Your background and skills

• 3+ years of experience from finance, management consulting, or a tech startup
• Experience communicating directly with external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Experience from a fast-growing startup or VC firm is a plus

• Manage partner programs
• Track and analyze company KPIs
• Organize webinars and events
• Help recruit new mentors
