About the role

Who we are

Mentorcam is a marketplace where people can access high-profile mentors for 1:1 advice and mentorship. Public figures and thought leaders are available for advice via short recorded videos. Via short video messages, we give people access to the mentors they look up to and admire. We are a seed-stage startup backed by General Catalyst, Goodwater Capital, and SNÖ Ventures to name a few. We are big believers in freedom under accountability, so if you like ownership of your own deliverables, flexible work hours, and getting stuff done while having a ton of fun doing it we would love to talk to you. :)

Who you are

You enjoy wearing many hats and have excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. You are an organized problem-solver with keen attention to detail. You have high emotional intelligence and an inclusive style. The ideal candidate can work operationally without creating unnecessary red tape and execute tasks that have a high degree of ambiguity. Tasks could be as varied as implementing external partnerships, managing vendor relationships, and assisting the CEO with tracking and analyzing KPIs.

Your background

  • 3-5 years of analytical experience from finance, management consulting, or a tech startup
  • Basic FP&A knowledge is helpful
  • Experience from a fast-growing startup is a plus

What you'll do

  • Manage vendor relationships and external partner programs
  • Assist with tracking and measuring KPIs
  • Spearhead new customer support initiatives
  • Manage basic HR and admin functions

We offer excellent healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, competitive comp including equity, and loads of fun building something that matters. If this sounds exciting to you, we would love to chat!
