The Role
As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of product development, while ensuring we stay customer-focused. As one of the core members of the team, you’ll own decision making and problem solving on some of our most challenging problems.

Your day-to-day job:
- You will be part of the core engineering team that builds the apps and the client analytics platform.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end.
- Build, deploy and scale MindFi’s API Infrastructure that is the backbone of all our services.
- Ensure our APIs are secure, reliable, and performant.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development and business efficiency.
We are looking for someone who:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship.
- 3+ years of experience building web applications professionally
- Resonates with our mission to promote greater mental wellbeing in workplaces.
- Strong working knowledge of Python and backend technologies.
- Has experience with AWS Services such as EC2, ECS, etc.
Bonus if you:
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building data products.
