What we are looking for
Mobot is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and high-performing doer to help us build best-in-class operations for quality assurance. You may have worked in customer service, Quality Assurance, or even theatre - no matter your background, you are a team player who is comfortable delivering high quality results in an incredibly dynamic environment.
This role is in-person (pending public safety). Therefore, we have a strong preference for candidates who live near New York City. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Mobile Quality Assurance (QA) Experts are on the front lines of Mobot - ensuring we find and report bugs to our customers so that they can improve their apps. As an QA Expert at Mobot, you will execute tests, analyze results, and report observations to our customers. You will also be an important front-end voice for our team, working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Engineering, as we improve our internal products. To be successful in this role, you must be exceptionally detail-oriented, customer-centric, and a great problem solver.

BUILD A SAMPLE TEST PLAN
As a Mobile QA Expert, you would be responsible for turning our customers’ quality assurance needs into reality by building a test plan that tests critical use cases for our customers’ mobile apps and training robots to execute it. To get a sense of how you would approach test plan building, we’d like you to build a test plan for a mobile application and share the documentation of that test plan. Please keep in mind the following:

Mobot's human-supervised robots make it possible to automate mobile app tests that emulators, virtual devices, and existing frameworks can't. This approach eliminates thousands of hours of manual testing, increases testing efficiency and physical device coverage, and captures more bugs in-app before app store launches than software can do alone.
