Modern Treasury is hiring a Business Analytics Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving forward key analytical projects to help shape our go-to-market strategy & uncover insights to fuel our growth. You will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Bank Partnerships and Marketing teams to build our reporting capabilities, support planning, surface insights, and execute on strategic projects.
We are looking for someone who has deep analytical skills, comfort in SQL, experience with BI tools (Looker a plus), and strong business acumen. You will help the team design our core GTM reporting & dashboards. You will support the GTM org’s planning & forecasting rhythms. You will be a strategic thought partner to our core growth functions. You will be integral to the success and velocity of our revenue org.

During your first week you will:
Onboard with our team
Develop an understanding of our customers and our products
Read our favorite industry primers
Build an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process, and customer stories
Build an understanding of how we integrate with banks and how banks benefit from Modern Treasury
During your first six weeks you will:
Develop familiarity with our existing tooling, systems, dashboards, reporting, and data structures
Build an understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales process
Develop an understanding of team roadmap & priorities; help to identify gaps and push team thinking
Lead your first analytical deep dive & surface insights & recommendations to our partner teams
Start managing the day-to-day monitoring of our core dashboards and surfacing insights to the team
Develop a regular cadence of engaging with each stakeholder
During your first six months you will:
Develop deep partnership with core teams across the GTM function
Become a trusted advisor to the Sales, Marketing, CS, and Bank Partnerships teams
Collaborate with the data team to build and/or enhance source tables needed to power our core reporting dashboards
Develop full, end to end understanding of our GTM framework and growth funnels
Support the team in building, owning, and maintaining reports & dashboards across our primary growth loops, sales, and marketing funnels
Become comfortable owning, managing, and balancing multiple analytical projects simultaneously
Influence and reshape our outbound sales strategy by analyzing our approach and recommending areas of improvement
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in a growth role, Sales Strategy / Ops, Marketing Strategy / Ops, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or a similar function
SQL knowledge preferred
Familiarity with tools like Looker, Hubspot, Salesforce a plus
Fintech experience a plus, but not required!
BA or BS required
