Lydia and Chris are ex-Facebook, Slack, Brex, and Salesforce employees with 15 years of combined experience interviewing and partnering with recruiting teams at various company sizes to hire top talent. ModernLoop aims to be the recruiting infrastructure that powers recruiting operations at every company.
As an early member of ModernLoop, you'll collaborate with our co-founders and other engineers to ideate, develop features and create entire product areas. As we continue to build ModernLoop and rapidly grow our customer base, you'll be working directly with our end-users to create features that they’ll love!
In this role, you’ll be designing, shipping, and enhancing existing features of our product while ensuring an excellent user experience. You will be continuously learning new tech and skills, and this role would be best suited for somebody who thrives in this kind of environment!
You could be working on some features of our product: Scheduling, Rescheduling, Interview Training, Interviewer Preferences, Candidate Availability, Partner Integrations, Notifications, and growing!
ModernLoop is using Typescript, Node.js, React, Relay, GraphQL & Postgres. We’re making use of the latest and greatest SaaS services like Auth0, Hasura, and Netlify to stay focused on our core product. Being an early member of our team, you’ll be creating easy-to-use flows for complicated concepts and will be instrumental in designing this architecture.

Our founders Lydia Han (CEO) and Chris Triolo (CTO) both founded ModernLoop in December of 2020 after they saw the challenges recruiting teams had when it came to coordinating hundreds of interviews across various teams, all while making sure both hiring managers and candidates had the best experience possible. After spending 15+ combined years at companies like Facebook, Slack, Brex and Salesforce, they understood what it took to enable talent teams do their best work, and are building a product to scale alongside them as they grow.
